Wade Aucoin

With more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Wade Aucoin brings deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering. As Commissioning General Manager, he leads complex projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors—ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations from construction through handover.
Wade’s career includes key leadership roles with major operators and service providers, including Chevron and LLOG Exploration. He has guided projects from design review through execution, specializing in automation, power distribution, subsea control systems, electrical control systems, process control, PCN network security, SCADA, and PI system development.
Recognized for building and inspiring high-performing teams, Wade aligns commissioning strategies with long-term maintenance and performance goals, delivering operational readiness and dependable results on every project.
Outside of work, Wade is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Angie, are proud parents of five adult children and soon-to-be seven grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
