He has successfully managed both greenfield and brownfield developments, overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle—from initial concept and engineering through construction, commissioning, and startup.
As Senior Construction Manager at Milestone Project Services LLC, Steve specializes in executing large-scale capital projects and turnarounds with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency. He has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with diverse stakeholders, and consistently delivered projects on time and within budget. His expertise covers upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, including offshore facilities, and petrochemical plants.
