Leslie Clayton

Leslie joined Milestone’s Project Services in January 2023 as the Business Development and Marketing Manager, where she focuses on expanding relationships with existing clients and driving strategic marketing initiatives.

A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Leslie continues to reside there while raising her two children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of New Orleans. With 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas project controls, she brings extensive industry expertise and a strong analytical approach to her role.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and golfing.
