His career began in hands-on field positions such as Service Coordinator and Senior Operator, later progressing into key leadership roles including Operations Coordinator and District Manager. This foundation provided Chelsea with a comprehensive understanding of operations, people, and project execution.
For the past 12 years, Chelsea has specialized in Sales Management and Business Development, driving growth and building strong client relationships across the Upstream, Midstream, and Pipeline sectors. His unique blend of operational expertise and commercial insight enables him to deliver value-driven solutions that align with client needs and industry demands.
Beyond his professional achievements, Chelsea values family, and community. He and his wife Andi are proud parents of two adult sons. In his free time, Chelsea enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
