As the client's largest Small Cap project in the GoM in 2014, this high profile project required precise planning and detailed coordination that only the Milestone team could deliver.

Teamed up with parent firm Keystone Engineering Inc., Milestone played a critical role from the project's inception, assisting the client's asset engineer in justifying the $10MM in capital funding to execute project.

The Keystone/Milestone integrated team was able to keep engineering and execution planning costs below 10% of the TIC.

 

During execution Milestone tracked, reported, and projected progress and costs in real-time which informed the client's management team of budget and schedule risks.

 

In addition to recognizing the exceptional effort of the Milestone team, the client also adopted the methods employed on this project as their standard for future projects.
