The scope of this project was to perform the following activities: make the platforms safe and drain/flush the topside piping and vessels. This is to make the platforms ready for the well P&A campaign. The scope of this project involved the planning, execution, and management of offshore platform make safe, piping, and vessel cleaning. The primary objective was to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective cleaning of piping systems and vessels. The project included all necessary preparation, scheduling, management of execution, and post-job reporting to ensure compliance with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and client expectations.
The VR-164 A & B Make Safe and Drain and Flush Project was executed within the Decom X Projects Team framework.
The Client hired Decom X/Milestone to supply project management for the project. In this role, Decom X was responsible for the overall HSE (including waste disposal) as well as Cost and Schedule management of the project.
