Milestone teamed up with parent company, Keystone Engineering Inc. to complete this major capital project. The team utilized Milestone's expertise in 3D laser scanning to overcome a frequent engineering challenge in brownfield projects - inaccurate or missing as-built drawings.

Milestone personnel performed over 600 scans to produce a complete 3D model of the tank terminal facility. Keystone designed the upgrades based on the model data, which provided exceptional accuracy while minimizing project risk and cost by drastically reducing the number of trips to the field for measurements.
