Milestone was responsible for the construction planning, readiness, construction management, and scheduling of this decommissioning project. This is to make the platforms ready for the well P&A campaign with a POB of 40. The scope included safe out construction, temporary rental crane installation, temporary quarters and utilities installation, rental generator installation and hook-up, helideck demolition, and facility drawing updates.
