Milestone planned an 11 day Turnaround on a major Deepwater GoM production platform utilizing over 250 POB to complete five major projects with zero incidents.

Midway through phase three of the TAR planning, the Milestone team was brought in to review the proposed schedule. Drawing on their extensive experience in offshore construction, the team choreographed the work sequence to allow for completion in only eight days. The client elected to capitalize on the extra three days by expanding the work scope to include an additional project which resulted in an 11k bbls per day increase in production.
