Charlie began his career as a welder in his hometown of Buras, Louisiana, gaining firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by field teams and project managers alike. Recognizing opportunities to improve planning and execution, he transitioned into project management, blending practical expertise with a passion for operational excellence. Colby McMahan is the Director of Major Capital Projects at Milestone Project Services, LLC, where he provides strategic oversight for Milestone International, Milestone Industrial, the Major Capital Projects Division, and the Project Controls Division. With more than 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Colby has successfully led complex, high-profile projects from conception to completion—delivering them on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Throughout his career, Colby has earned a reputation for combining technical expertise with practical leadership, ensuring projects consistently meet or exceed client expectations. At Milestone, he leverages innovative tools such as MPS ProPak and 3D Laser Scanning Services to improve planning, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. His focus on team-building and client relationships drives long-term success and reinforces Milestone’s reputation for excellence. Outside of work, Colby’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, a dedicated nurse in their hometown, are the proud parents of five children: four sons and one daughter. Three of their sons have graduated from high school, with the fourth set to graduate next year, leaving their daughter as the youngest at home. Colby and his wife love spending time together, cooking out, and sharing their passion for classic cars and hot rods. Being part of the Milestone family is one of Colby’s greatest privileges. Jeff is an accomplished Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. As Director of Project Management at Milestone Project Services, he provides strategic leadership for a diverse portfolio of complex offshore projects, including brownfield developments, offshore production facilities, subsea tiebacks, and full decommissioning operations across Deepwater and Shallow Water Gulf regions. A well-rounded leader, Jeff blends strong technical expertise with business acumen. He excels at building cross-functional teams, fostering client and stakeholder partnerships, and driving initiatives that align operational efficiency with corporate goals. His business development background enables him to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions that strengthen Milestone’s market position. Jeff is recognized for planning and executing multimillion-dollar projects on schedule and within budget while upholding the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality assurance. His experience spans the full project lifecycle—from conceptual engineering and regulatory compliance to design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout—equipping him to anticipate challenges and implement proactive, risk-mitigating strategies. Maren’s career spans a global journey from Vietnam to Southeast Asia and India, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, business development, and marketing. Returning to the U.S., she discovered her passion in inspection and staffing, building strong client partnerships and driving strategic growth. As Director of Sales & Marketing at Milestone Project Services, Maren helps connect clients with the company’s full suite of capabilities. For Maren, being part of the Milestone family has been one of the most rewarding chapters of her career—not only because of the company’s mission, but also because of the exceptional team she works alongside. She takes pride in helping clients achieve operational excellence while showcasing Milestone’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and partnership across industries.

With more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Wade Aucoin brings deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering. As Commissioning General Manager, he leads complex projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors—ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations from construction through handover. Wade’s career includes key leadership roles with major operators and service providers, including Chevron and LLOG Exploration. He has guided projects from design review through execution, specializing in automation, power distribution, subsea control systems, electrical control systems, process control, PCN network security, SCADA, and PI system development. Recognized for building and inspiring high-performing teams, Wade aligns commissioning strategies with long-term maintenance and performance goals, delivering operational readiness and dependable results on every project. Outside of work, Wade is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Angie, are proud parents of five adult children and soon-to-be seven grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Steve Bourgeois brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a career that spans major projects across the United States and international markets. He has successfully managed both greenfield and brownfield developments, overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle—from initial concept and engineering through construction, commissioning, and startup. As Senior Construction Manager at Milestone Project Services LLC, Steve specializes in executing large-scale capital projects and turnarounds with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency. He has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with diverse stakeholders, and consistently delivered projects on time and within budget. His expertise covers upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, including offshore facilities, and petrochemical plants. Steve is recognized for his ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Guided by a strong work ethic, he approaches every assignment with integrity and a solutions-driven mindset. Throughout his career, he has been privileged to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry and continues to share his knowledge to develop the next generation of construction management leaders.

James “Jimmy” Theriot joined Milestone Project Services in 2020 and quickly became a cornerstone of the leadership team. As General Manager of the Turnaround (TAR) Division, he brings more than 18 years of Oil & Gas experience to guiding complex projects from concept to completion. His career blends the rigor of engineering design with the practical demands of field construction, giving him a rare, comprehensive perspective on every phase of project execution. Jimmy spent 12 years as a lead structural designer, transforming large-scale industrial concepts into reality. He later transitioned to field operations, managing construction activities for both offshore and onshore facilities. This dual background allows him to translate technical plans into workable solutions, aligning engineering requirements with the realities of construction sites and offshore installations. His portfolio includes complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) packages for turnkey facilities, where his focus on constructability and efficiency has consistently delivered superior outcomes. Known for steady leadership and enthusiasm for challenging assignments, Jimmy thrives on projects with many moving parts. He provides strategic oversight while staying deeply engaged in day-to-day problem solving. At Milestone, he directs the Turnaround Division, contributes to business development, and strengthens client relationships. He also adds a personal touch to company culture as the force behind Milestone’s popular cook trailer, where his inventive culinary creations are a highlight at company and community events. Rooted in his Southern upbringing and Louisiana bayou heritage, Jimmy brings the same dedication to his personal life as to his professional work. He enjoys time with his two sons, sharing his love of cooking, fishing the marshes for redfish, and bowhunting in the quiet of early mornings. This blend of technical expertise, field knowledge, and down-to-earth character makes him an invaluable leader and trusted partner across the industry.

Keith joined Milestone Project Services in 2013 and currently leads the development and implementation of Milestone Solutions, our in-house project management software platform. With over 14 years of experience in Oil & Gas project controls, Keith brings deep expertise in Primavera P6, turnaround planning, and integrated offshore scheduling. In addition to his role as Project Controls Manager, Keith has been instrumental in shaping Milestone Solutions into a practical, purpose-built toolset that stays focused on what matters—from resource planning and earned value tracking to custom dashboards and field execution support. His firsthand experience managing complex capital projects ensures the product is developed by people who actually live the work—bridging the gap between planning, scheduling, and field execution with the end user in mind. A South Louisiana native, Keith earned his B.S. in Business Administration while playing baseball at Nicholls State University and now lives on the Northshore with his wife and kids. Outside of work, he enjoys creative projects, coaches youth sports, and is slowly—some might say unintentionally—building a vintage Snapper lawn mower museum in his garage.

Chuck Mistich joined Milestone Project Services in 2013 as the company’s Lead Laser Scan Technician, where he played a key role in launching and expanding the laser scanning division. Over the next decade, he led numerous projects across diverse industrial environments, earning a reputation for precision, innovation, and hands-on leadership. His ability to streamline workflows, apply advanced scanning technologies, and mentor field teams helped establish laser scanning as a core service offering at Milestone. Building on ten years of technical and operational expertise, Chuck transitioned into the administrative side of the business. In 2023, his proven record of operational excellence and financial acumen led to his appointment as Financial Administrator. In this role, he manages budgets, oversees financial planning, and supports strategic decision-making to ensure Milestone’s continued growth and success. A lifelong learner and dedicated professional, Chuck blends technical knowledge with strong business administration skills, providing a rare bridge between field operations and corporate finance. His unique background allows him to approach challenges with both practical insight and strategic vision, making him a valuable asset to Milestone’s leadership team. Chuck lives in Slidell, Louisiana, with his wife and their daughter, where he enjoys family life along the Gulf Coast.

Leslie joined Milestone’s Project Services in January 2023 as the Business Development and Marketing Manager, where she focuses on expanding relationships with existing clients and driving strategic marketing initiatives. A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Leslie continues to reside there while raising her two children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of New Orleans. With 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas project controls, she brings extensive industry expertise and a strong analytical approach to her role. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and golfing.

Brittney is an accomplished Executive Assistant and Business Development Coordinator at Milestone Project Services, based in Mandeville, Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, her extensive experience working alongside Charles Mistich has equipped her with the skills necessary to support high-level executives and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Her extensive background equips her with a unique blend of organizational expertise and business acumen, enabling her to effectively support executive operations and drive business growth. Brittney is passionate about fostering relationships and enhancing team productivity to achieve company goals.

Outside of work, Brittney enjoys traveling, fitness, and cherishing moments with her dog, Lucy, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

With more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Chelsea Hebert brings a wealth of knowledge and proven leadership across a wide range of roles. His career began in hands-on field positions such as Service Coordinator and Senior Operator, later progressing into key leadership roles including Operations Coordinator and District Manager. This foundation provided Chelsea with a comprehensive understanding of operations, people, and project execution. For the past 12 years, Chelsea has specialized in Sales Management and Business Development, driving growth and building strong client relationships across the Upstream, Midstream, and Pipeline sectors. His unique blend of operational expertise and commercial insight enables him to deliver value-driven solutions that align with client needs and industry demands. Beyond his professional achievements, Chelsea values family, and community. He and his wife Andi are proud parents of two adult sons. In his free time, Chelsea enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.

Meet Savannah Short Cusimano, MBA who is Milestone Mandeville’s Office Manager. Savannah was born and raised in New Orleans, she currently lives in Hammond, is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University with her Masters of Business Administration.
